I have seen so much and tried and tested so many, it is now time to bring my ideas into real products. I am very proud to bring you my YouriZoon Brunotti Pro model kiteboard.

The First YZ product for any kiteboarder that want simply the best. Big thanks to Brunotti and Jinne Sietsma of course, for making it possible. More products are on the way, like clothing and sunglasses, stay tuned!

My 2010 YZ Promodel

After extensive competition testing from Vice World Champion PKRA 2009, Youri Zoon himself, the best selling freestyle board has been refined even more for 2010: with the introduction of a new quad-channel bottom, down-the-line traction and power control is like never before.

Fast and aggressive, replicating Youri’s aggressive style, the Youri Pro represents the purest in freestyle boards. Together with Brunotti Boards shaper Jinne Sietsma and the Brunotti design team they developed the 2010 board. A carefully tuned, progressive flex pattern provides maximum pop off the water for trick riding. Slightly wider tips allow for extra planning surface when landing hot from jumps, which means more stability and control. A triple concave has been added between the foot area for earlier and enhanced planning speed.

The Youri Pro 2010 continues to be manufactured with a full WoodCore, which has proven to be the most durable construction on the market.

GSS: Gel Shock System

The Youri Pro includes the GSS footpads; the ultimate in footpad comfort, grip, and fashion statement. Youri had to deal with bad knee injuries in the past, so that’s why Brunotti developed together with Youri the GSS footpads. A multi-layering of high and low density moulded EVA, extra heel and toe reinforcements, and an elevated mid-foot design ensures maximum comfort and protection to the feet. Incorporating a unique Kryptonite gel, this moulds into an anatomical shape of the rider’s foot, providing ideal fit (Efficient Density Control). The sum of the design and materials involved equate to up to 50% more shock and vibration absorption, compared to traditional foam pads.

Connecting the straps to the board is a plate, which is screwed on to the deck only once. A link webbed in via a unique retainer strap connects the straps to the board. No more hassles of screwing and unscrewing footstraps!
